I use these for bowel leakage due to colitis, not urinary incontinence. I waited until I had an episode before writing a review. They worked great. They were absorbent and didn't leak. They're pretty comfortable, though I ordered a size too big. I think the small/medium will be better. They're not too bulky, and don't seem noticeable under clothes. I like that they're natural cotton--so I feel less bad about wearing disposable underwear. I like these enough that I've ordered a subscription.
