What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Texas—it’s our way of supporting our home state and giving back to the community that supports us.
For the rest of the U.S., we offer discounted flat-rate shipping:
- $5.99 for the mainland U.S.
- $14.99 for Alaska and Hawaii
These rates don’t fully cover our shipping costs, but we absorb the difference so you don’t have to. It’s just one more way we try to make better-for-you essentials more accessible for everyone.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our Texas warehouse within 48 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday). Standard shipping normally takes 5-7 days, depending on the courier.
If you're shipping to Hawaii please be aware that it may take up to 5 weeks for your order to arrive. As we choose the most economical shipping option to provide free freight, we are subject to USPS' standard shipping to Hawaii.
How do I return a product?
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

What if I don't receive my order confirmation or tracking email?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation or tracking email within a few minutes of placing your order, don’t worry, sometimes they can land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there first.
If it’s not there, feel free to send us a message using the chat box on our website, and our team will be happy to help you track down your order details.
Is there a discount for subscribing to Super Saver Diapers?
Our Super Saver Diapers are already priced as low as possible to make quality care affordable for all families—so we don’t offer additional discounts for subscriptions.
But subscribers do get free shipping to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. It’s a little thank-you for making us part of your routine, and it helps you save even more over time.
