I love the materials and health focused quality of these diapers! Unfortunately we have had a lot of blowouts and leaks with them. Because the back part of the diaper is just flat across with no gathering, it doesn'tcatch liquidy poops very well. Other than that though, they've been great!
We LOVE these diapers. They absorb so nicely, no leaks.
Customer service isn'tgood though, and I wasnt provided a tracking number until a week and a half after I ordered, and I had to beg for it via multiple calls and emails. If you have amazon it's better to order through them instead of the website. that's what Ill do in the future.
Took too long to arrive but I love the diapers
I found these on clearance at a local grocery store and thought Id give them a try as our typical natural brand can be expensive. Opened the pack this weekend and was a little disheartened to find these diapers are super thin! I thought these aren't gonna last...Man was I wrong!
These hold up through the night for my 6 month old and absorb well. With other brands when he's sitting in a wet diaper for a while, his skin becomes prune-like because there is no moisture wicking. These diapers do an amazing job of pulling all the moisture! So even after 5 or 6 hrs when I change him his skin is dry! I'm impressed and I'm going back to that store asap.
There were definite pros/cons to my whole order process. Starting with the CONS...after placing my order, I received the order confirmation email. That was the first and last email I had received regarding my order progress or account. I waited a couple weeks and didn't receive my order whatsoever, nor any shipping confirmation. This is when I emailed customer support. Bringing me to the PROS...customer service was extremely responsive and emailed me back within the day. Apparently my package was lost in transit (meaning it was shipped to me with no communication or confirmation), but they didn't question anything and immediately put in an upgraded replacement order (box of 31 diapers to 92) to ship to me. I received it within a couple days. I was pleased with their response, and found it a welcome change to the lack of communication (even just automatic email updates are helpful) regarding my order's progression. I appreciated how they made it up to me by replacing my original order with a diaper box three times the size. It made the lost/late shipment completely bearable.
